Featured spots for injury law firms

Reach injury clients from the accident to the call

Updated By Spencer, editor

Counselworthy reaches people at every step after an injury: checking the crash data, getting a police report, sorting out PIP and the bills, deciding on a lawyer and comparing firms. A featured spot puts your firm on those pages for one flat monthly price. As of October 12, 2026, spots aren't open yet. Rank is never for sale.

What firms hire Counselworthy to do

  1. Be there before they look for a lawyer

After an accident, people come to Counselworthy for the crash data, the police report and who pays the bills. Your firm's name is there long before they search for a lawyer.

  2. Be there when they choose

Someone searching "car accident lawyer jersey city" was hurt and is comparing firms today. That is the moment a featured spot appears.

  3. Show up when clients ask AI

People now ask ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini which lawyer to call. Counselworthy is built to be a source those tools can cite, with every fact sourced and dated.

  4. Know exactly what you paid for

Every call and website visit from your spot is counted. You get the numbers in a report each month.

From the accident to the call

Most ads reach people only once they search for a lawyer. Counselworthy reaches them from the day of the accident, at every step where they need answers. Your firm can be there at each one.

Be the firm people see next to the crash data

When someone looks up the crashes on their own street, your firm can be the name beside them. One firm per city sponsors the map, labeled "Featured," and the numbers never change for anyone.

How injury clients find a lawyer now

They search, they compare, and more of them ask AI first.

AI tools are answering. We give them the facts.

When someone asks an AI assistant which injury lawyer to call, it answers from pages it can find and cite. Counselworthy is built to be that page: every fact sourced, dated and in plain text, with the method in the open.

Where firms spend, and what they can prove

U.S. legal advertising is projected to top $3 billion a year (AdImpact, February 19, 2026). Much of it reaches people who aren't looking for a lawyer that day.

How featured spots work

  1. Join the waitlist

Tell us your firm and city below. It takes a minute.

  2. We confirm eligibility

Your firm must be ranked, with no public discipline in the last 5 years.

  3. Your spot goes live

On your city's rankings, below the ranked list, and on the guides people read after an accident. The map sponsor's banner goes on the crash map.

  4. You get a monthly report

How often your spot was seen, and the calls and website visits it sent you.

The rules

  • One flat monthly price per city, the same for every firm.
  • Up to 3 featured firms per city, and 1 crash map sponsor.
  • Labeled "Featured" and shown outside every ranked list.
  • No pay per call, lead or case.
  • Never changes a rank, a score, a guide or a crash number.
  • Month to month. Cancel anytime.

What it looks like

An example layout. Spots sit below the ranked list, with a gray outline, never inside it. No aspect of this advertisement has been approved by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Your monthly report

  • Times your spot was seen
  • Calls from your spot
  • Visits to your website

Rank is never for sale. Neither are the facts.

People trust Counselworthy because no firm can buy its way up, and no sponsor can change a guide or a crash number. That trust is what makes a spot here worth more than another ad. Your spot sits beside the ranking and the data, never inside them.

Questions firms ask

Is this a lead service?

No. You pay one flat monthly price for a labeled spot. We don't sell leads, charge per call or take referral fees, and calls go straight to your firm.

Will a featured spot help our rank?

No. Rank comes only from the 7 public measures. That independence is why people trust the page your spot sits on.

Where does a featured spot appear?

On your city's ranking pages, below the ranked list, and on the guides people read in the days after an accident. One firm per city can also sponsor the crash map.

How many firms can be featured?

Up to 3 per city, so each spot stays visible, plus 1 crash map sponsor. Waitlist firms get first pick in their city.

Does a sponsor change the guides or the crash data?

No. Guides cite the law, and crash numbers come straight from NJDOT's records. No sponsor can change a word or a number, and the crash map newsrooms embed in their stories stays ad-free.

What does it cost?

One flat monthly price per city, the same for every firm. We publish it before spots open, and the waitlist sees it first.

Our firm isn't ranked. Can we still be featured?

Featured spots are for ranked firms with no public discipline in the last 5 years. The methodology lists what we check. If a fact about your firm is wrong, send us a correction.

Read the methodology
Can we cancel?

Yes. It's month to month, with no contract.

When do spots open?

After our review of New Jersey's lawyer advertising rules. We'll email the waitlist the day they do.
